We had kind of a complex purchase of our first home a few years ago, and Deb was super helpful in walking us through the process. It was a foreclosure, and because the property was classified as uninhabitable, there were a lot of extra hoops to jump through, so we were immensely grateful she was there to hold our hand. We'd have been lost without her. She helped us find a loan officer who specialized in the type of loan we needed, and a contractor who was specially licensed to do the work required to get approval for the loan. The home inspector she recommended turned out to be a friend of my father, (small world) and I thought that showed her judgement was trustworthy. She communicated well with us and kept us updated whenever there was news. We often recommend her to friends and family. In the end, we have no complaints, and when we buy our next house in the next 5 years or so, we hope to use Deb's services again.

Do not use her. Selling our home was horrible because of this agent. She is very unprofessional. First she wanted us to list our home for less then we wanted to list it for. She told us it wouldn't sell. Well it sold within one week for the price we wanted. Then the inspection happened. She made us feel like we had to fix almost everything on the list. We put in $4000 of our money to fix certain things. Next, right at closing, we found out she listed information about our home wrong. She was on the phone screaming at us. it wasn't our fault. She listed the home wrong. This agent only thinks about herself. Her goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible and then she can get her money and move on. Again, she was horrible! We then used another agent, again sold our home in a week. With the other agent the process was completely different and actually enjoyable

Deb helped us to buy a house that we had already found. She showed us some other very nice comparable options and then we did end up staying with the first. Her help in completing the purchase was greatly appreciated.
